WINTER SATURDAY AFTERNOONS
Goalkeeper Training
An add-on program designed to give goalkeepers the focused reps they rarely get in regular team training. Sessions emphasize shot stopping, handling, footwork, 1v1s, crosses, distribution, and decision-making through goalkeeper-specific exercises and realistic live game situations.
