Field Locations

We train year-round at indoor and outdoor facilities in Chittenden County Vermont. Each location is chosen for its quality, accessibility, and ability to support organized, high-level training environments.

Primary Outdoor Location

Maple Street Park

Shock’s main outdoor location during the spring, summer, and fall. This well-maintained grass field offers plenty of space for high-quality training and is supported by restrooms, parking, and a shaded spectator pavilion.

Primary Indoor Location

Shelburne Field House

Shock’s primary indoor location during the winter. The full-size OmniGrass turf supports cleats and closely mimics natural grass, allowing us to run our full training model without compromise. The facility includes parking, restrooms, and a viewing area.

Saint Michael's College

Located just outside Burlington, the athletic fields at Saint Michael’s College are occasionally used for outdoor training sessions or events. The site offers both grass and turf surfaces.

UVM Indoor Turf

Located inside Patrick Gymnasium on the University of Vermont campus, this indoor turf space is used for add-on programs and special events.

UVM Virtue Field

Virtue Field is one of the best turf stadiums in Vermont located on the UVM campus. The turf is surrounded by stadium seating, lights, press box and offers campus parking. It has long served as home to the UVM men’s and women’s soccer programs—including a national champion men’s team—as well as Vermont Green FC competing in USL League Two.

Nordic Indoor Turf

Located in Essex Junction, the Nordic Soccer indoor Nexxfield turf provides a turf space used occasionally for winter sessions or small-group technical work. It’s best suited for focused training environments and supports consistent winter scheduling when needed.

Milton Bombardier Park

Bombardier Park is a 185-acre community park offering multiple well-maintained grass soccer fields, making it ideal for large-scale training sessions and events. The park also features restrooms, parking, a pavilion, playgrounds, and scenic trails
