About:
1v1 and 2v2 soccer tennis to train controlling the ball out of the air— first touch, juggle, and compete. We’ll finish with a header-only challenge using volleyballs.
We are training on pickleball courts, so athletes cannot wear cleats with studs. We recommend wearing turf shoes or flats.
